Ambient Light Sensor - By using the built-in ambient light sensor, the Rider S800 can automatically adjust its backlight based on the ambient brightness. For example, if you're riding in the woods, going through a tunnel, or riding on the Smart Trainer, the backlight will automatically get brighter so you always have a clear view of your screen no matter where you are!
Customizable Quick Status Menu - The quickstatus menu can be viewed at any time from the data page by simply tapping the screen.

Group Ride
It's always nicer to ride with friends! Choose your route with the Bryton Active app, invite your friends and stay updated on the real-time status of all members during your ride. You can view the current distance, speed and direction of each rider individually. You can also see if a group member has gone off the track or lost a signal. In addition, setting up a group ride with the Bryton Active app is as easy as pressing a button.
Group chat
Want to share something with the group, let someone know about a stop, or just cheer on another rider? With Rider S800 and the Bryton Active app, you can quickly and securely send messages to other riders during a group ride using the group chat feature. To quickly send replies directly from your device, personalize your default messages in the Bryton Active app, or enter a customized message in the app at your next stop. Plus, use voice input to make customized hands-free messages while you're on the go.
Voice search
The Bryton Rider S800 speaks your language! With an existing internet connection, no more on-screen input is required. Voice-activated Google search, available in over 100 languages, makes searching for addresses and POIs faster, more intuitive and even better: On the road, on off-road adventures, and wherever else you travel!
Supports Cycling Dynamics
Strength training and strength data analysis reach the next level thanks to support from Cycling Dynamics. After pairing compatible strength pedals, Rider S800 can display both static and graphical data on the measurement pages on Rider S800's large dynamic display, including seated/standing position, power phase (PP), offset from platform center (PCO), and left-right balance.
OpenStreetMaps and bike-specific POIs.
The Rider S800 comes with preloaded OSM (OpenStreetMaps) maps, improved zoom level (level 16) and on-screen POIs. A wide range of POIs are displayed on the Rider S800 map, including bike stores, grocery stores, hospitals, drinking water sources, restrooms and many more. By moving the pointer over a POI, you get a short description. In addition, the OSM maps in Rider S800 have been optimized for MTB routes and other off-road features.
Advanced training features
The new graphical training overview including zoom support offers advanced new features like real-time intensity adjustment, TrainingPeaks support and a new resilience training mode. With the note function to add notes from the Bryton Active app or TrainingPeaks, training with the Rider S500 is even better!
