The Wilier 0 SLR, attracts enthusiasts with its clean lines, but above all its extreme lightness (often one of the pain points of disc brake bikes).

Frame nominal weight is 780g with 340g fork and 330g integrated carbon handlebar

The frame and fork are made of high-quality fibers from Wilier HUS-MOD , a blend of multidirectional fibers that increase its stiffness, and a liquid crystal polymer mesh, a special material that improves impact resistance and vibration damping.

To optimize the stiffness/weight ratio and improve the overall performance of the vehicle, Wilier used a series of asymmetric solutions.
The first is the rear stay, with the left boot sloping up slightly more than the right boot to compensate for the force the rider puts on the chain.
The second is the front fork, the left boot (the one that mounts the caliper) has a larger section than the right boot to compensate for the forces generated by the disc brakes.
